Is there anything else you would like to add?: The great thing about doing these classes is that you can progress at your own pace . Everyone is encouraging and supportive . When i was younger i loved sport and exercise and always kept myself fit and healthy but after a few medical problems i hadn’t taken part in any type of sport or training for many years .. The hardest thing is to take that first step . MND fitness made the start of my journey back to fitness so easy and enjoyable .

Renate testimonial

Name: Renate Offord

When did you join?: I saw MND Fitness promoting in Asda beginning of May 2015.

Where did you hear about us?: From a promotion in a superstore

What have you gained from MND Fitness?: I went the week after the promotion to try a class. I loved it, it was fun, friendly and the Instructor made the class enjoyable and relaxed. I became a member end of May 2015. I have gained more confident, feel more toned and have more energy.

Do you have anything to add?: What makes MND fitness stands out are: every class is different, you are part of a community, which involves walk and talk days, news letters, fitness assessment. You work on your own ability, there is allowance to have a laugh and a joke at the same time we all are challenged and encouraged to push ourselves to our own ability.

Nut Porridge

Nut porridge.
Half cup of almonds
Half cup of pecans
Half a banana
Quarter teaspoon of cinnamon
Quarter of a cup of almond milk.
Blend until smooth (or crunchy if that’s how you like it)
Warm on the hob.
Add fresh berries if desired.

It’s very sweet, but nice to have after some exercise!
