What have you gained from MND Fitness?: I went the week after the promotion to try a class. I loved it, it was fun, friendly and the Instructor made the class enjoyable and relaxed. I became a member end of May 2015. I have gained more confident, feel more toned and have more energy.
Do you have anything to add?: What makes MND fitness stands out are: every class is different, you are part of a community, which involves walk and talk days, news letters, fitness assessment. You work on your own ability, there is allowance to have a laugh and a joke at the same time we all are challenged and encouraged to push ourselves to our own ability.
Would you recommend MND Fitness to friends and family?: I would recommend MND Fitness to every one, you will not regret it.
